Each lab teaches the concept, shows the method, guides the learner through practice and records evidence for review. Select a lab below to read its focus.

01
Think like a product engineerEngineering Lab

Read IP, Door Panel and Center Console architecture in 3D; connect parts, interfaces, materials, manufacturing, defects and Base/Mid/High product decisions.

02
Think like a program engineerProgram Management Lab

Control an automotive programme from RFQ to SOP by connecting scope, owners, timing, APQP, risk, changes, evidence and launch decisions.

03
Think like a validation engineerTesting & Validation Lab

Translate requirements and failure risks into a DVP, test method, sample plan, acceptance evidence, failure response and release recommendation.

04
Think like a cost engineerCosting Lab

Build a transparent product cost from raw material, machine-hour rate, labour, joining, assembly, inspection, tooling, overheads, margin and business assumptions.

05
Think like a materials engineerMaterials Lab

Select polymer and surface systems by balancing function, appearance, process, durability, failure risk, cost and sustainability across three commodities.

06
Think like a dimensional engineerGD&T Lab

Turn assembly function into datum/RPS strategy, geometric controls, tolerance stacks and a measurement plan that manufacturing can inspect.

07
Think like a quality engineerQuality Lab

Convert customer expectations into CTQs, PFMEA prevention, control plans, MSA, capability evidence, containment, root cause and verified 8D closure.
